These classic European guest towels are each hand finished with a hemstitched border. Made from 60 % Irish linen and 40% Cotton. We have a very limited supply so don't dawdle. I truly loved designing linen of this quality and hope you enjoy. We have an assortment at the Atelier. Sets $56

Porch Blankets Great for new mom's, grandma's, and guests lingering on the porch for conversation after dinner. 100% organic wool, woven on a 16th century wooden loom. This 43 inch square lap blanket has a 15 in. wool drawstring pocket to snuggle your feet into while watching a movie. Machine wash with mild soap and hang it out to dry. The pattern is the traditional monk's weave, it is the same weave Monk's wore against their skin in the cold winter months. Women are connected by thread. In Italy women bond over their linen closets. Many times after a special dinner, if I have made a comment over the table clothes hemstitching, I will be pulled into the other room to sit with the ladies and chat while looking at linen. They tell yarns while twisting the fringe of a hand woven towels.  I can't explain it but each time I become more connected to the family of women who create things for each other. Women who weave love into things for their children. For me these traditions have stronger foundation than a house and are what tie families together for generations to come.
